There are three power levels: Red is high (approx. 140°F), blue is medium (approx. 130°F) and green is low (approx. 120°F). The adjustable velcro straps wraps around the knee or leg to help promote blood circulation and heat therapy. Made of neoprene with soft fleece lining.
