The breathalyzer has a power button and three simple indicator lights which read your BAC levels*. Simply hold the power button down and all three indicators will light up. Wait until the device is ready and only the green light is on. Then breathe into the mouthpiece for 3-5 seconds while continuing to hold down the power button. Depending on the light reading will tell your approximate BAC reading*. It requires 2 AAA batteries (not included).
